Women's Health Nutritionist

Our Nutritional Therapist

MOST, DIP NT. MSCCO

I have a specific interest in women’s health, gut health and musculoskeletal health, which stems from my own experience with chronic joint pain, gut issues and acne, the cause of which had been missed by many practitioners. Only after addressing my gut and hormonal health I was able to improve my symptoms. I have found that the combined approach of Osteopathy, Nutrition and Pilates is the most effective when helping with complex cases.

Common questions about
Nutritional Therapy at Wellthy Clinic

  • A nutritional therapist is a health professional with special training in nutrition that can help with dietary choices. Nutritionists provide evidence-based information and guidance about the impacts of food and nutrition on health and well-being. A nutritionist could simply design a weight loss plan, weight gain plan or create an eating plan around medical conditions.

  • Yes, sessions could be covered through WPA and CIGNA Insurance.

  • Improving an individual’s diet requires more than just information provision, it requires consistent and long-term support to change and maintain new behaviours. Doctors do a fantastic job under different circumstances, but nutrition consultations take time and specific training to gain the best results. Our nutritionist will provide you with a personalised nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals.

  • A Nutritionist will provide clarity, alongside a personalised nutritional plan based on your needs. The plan will focus mainly on food quality and nutrient density rather than on quantity and calorie measurement. We believe a well-balanced nutritional regime combined with a few lifestyle changes can support you through several physical symptoms.

This plan not only addressed my posture to improve my flexibility, improve my movements and reduce pains but I also received nutrition top tips and advice on supplements to speed up healing. I would and have recommended Wellthy Clinic.” - Valentina
